Master Landscape Plans (MLP)
Long-range conceptual site development plans and strategies that include:

• the site design and location of a new home and/or landscape elements and use areas such as swimming pools, hot tubs or spas, water features, etc., on the total property or site, whether for a new home or the renovation of an existing home.
  
  
• site and circulation system planning and design for drives, parking areas, landings, walks, patios, decks and accessories, and utilities locations.
  
  
• grading, drainage, and grade structure design for retaining walls, steps, ramps, inlets, and headwalls.
  
  
• planting design including the selection and location of native, ornamental, and low-water demand (Xeriscape) trees, shrubs, evergreens, ground covers, vines, flowers, ornamental grasses, and lawns using cool season (bluegrass or turf-type fescue) or warm season (turf-type buffalo grass) grasses.
  
  
• irrigation areas and systems using water conservation techniques and equipment.
  
  
• landscape lighting fixture and equipment locations and design.
  
  
• costs estimates and phasing schedules based on current contractor installed prices or based on do-it-yourself prices at the Owner(s)’ request.
