Hourly Consulting or Sketches (HCS)
On or off site meetings, sketches, inspections, or reports

• YLS meets with the owner(s) on the site or in the studio/office to discuss the scope of a particular project and completes a report or simple sketch, either while on-site or after returning to the studio/office, which meets the needs and requirements of the owner(s) without further preliminary or final design refinements.
  
  
• Before YLS will begin these hourly consulting services, there must be a clear understanding of the scope of the project, the approximate budget range, phasing requirements, and the fees for the hourly consulting services. 
  
  
• These services will then be completed on the hourly rate basis currently in force and agreed upon by all parties prior to the start of services, and shall be paid for by the owner(s) at the completion of the services and /or presentation of an invoice by YLS.
